Belgrade Day Tours is a joint brand of two registered passenger carriers from Belgrade. The service you book is provided by the carrier named in your confirmation:

What data we receive
The inquiry form on this website does not send anything to our server. It only prepares a message in your browser and opens WhatsApp or Viber. You decide whether to send it. When you do, we receive what you wrote: usually your name, phone number, date, number of passengers, pickup address and flight number.
Why we use it
Only to answer your question, prepare an offer, organise the ride and stay in touch on the day of the trip. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and performing the contract.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in our WhatsApp or Viber account for as long as needed for the trip and any follow-up questions. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by Serbian law.
Who else sees it
The driver and, if you booked one, the guide get the details they need for your trip. WhatsApp and Viber process messages under their own privacy policies. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Website
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page) for security for a short period.
Your rights
Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection you can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, and you can complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs). Contact us at the number above.
