Belgrade Day Tours is a joint brand of two registered passenger carriers from Belgrade. The service you book is provided by the carrier named in your confirmation:

Booking
Tours and routes on this website are suggestions. A booking exists only when we confirm the date, time, pickup point, vehicle, price and any guide in writing (WhatsApp, Viber, SMS or email). The written confirmation takes precedence over the website.
Price
Prices are for the whole vehicle, not per person. Entrance tickets, meals and other third-party services are not included unless the confirmation says so. A licensed guide is charged separately as stated in the offer.
Payment
You can pay the driver in cash or by card, or in advance online with a payment link. Business clients can pay by bank transfer against an invoice.
Changes and cancellation
Tell us about changes as early as possible. Cancellation terms and any deposit are stated in your confirmation. If we have to cancel, you get a full refund of anything you paid.
On the day
The route can change because of traffic, weather, closures or opening hours. We adjust it with you. Waiting time beyond the agreed duration may be charged as stated in the offer.
Luggage
Luggage left in the vehicle during a tour stays in the locked vehicle. Please keep passports, money and valuables with you.
Complaints
Send complaints to +381 61 732 6261 or by post to the address of the carrier in your confirmation. We reply within 8 days, as required by the Serbian Consumer Protection Law.
